Mobile Web Platform Launch
Managed by a third party platform, our site’s mobile performance wasn’t meeting expectations. We brought the mobile site in-house, quickly launching a new and improved user experience. Traffic, customer satisfaction, and conversion greatly improved.
I redesigned key pages throughout the user experience, including the product page and store search.
