I'm a design leader with over 20 years of experience building digital products, largely in the e-commerce space. My passion is leveraging insights and testing to inform decision making, ensuring details big and small land well with users. (I also love collaborating with smart people to bring it all together.)
My career took flight in the agency world at Resource Interactive (now IBM iX), where I led projects for clients like Home Depot and Procter & Gamble. After a decade of client service, I moved in-house as a Creative Manager at Lands’ End. This pivot eventually led me to Seattle, where I focused on customer-centered ecommerce design at REI and later launched merchant features at Groupon.
Following that, I served as a Staff Product Designer at Chewy, where I worked to make the shopping experience delightful for pet parents. My dog, Hugo 🐶, was a huge fan of this career chapter—mostly because he was always on the lookout for a big blue box on our porch!
Most recently, I’ve put down roots in Chicago, working for The Knot Worldwide. As a design lead within our e-commerce division, I improve the wedding registry experience—supporting both The Knot Registry Store and the suite of tools we offer couples. I am dedicated to crafting engaging experiences for couples and their guests, managing the full design lifecycle to drive revenue and optimize usability.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring my new city and taking leisurely walks with Hugo. I also design abstract art prints and other goods for my online shop. Creating is a long-held passion of mine — something I was doing well before I ever touched a computer mouse. 👨🏼🎨

Provided direction to internal teams and external vendors for a comprehensive site-wide redesign and follow-up usability study.
